Developed a secure and permission based portal for clinicians and patients that puts the patient in total control of their medical records. The platform facilitates professional documentation and health tracking through a highly secure system where data is only shared when both parties explicitly agree to connect.

Traditional healthcare systems often keep medical records locked away in clinician databases. This makes it difficult for patients to access or manage their own health history. The client wanted to change this by creating a platform where patients have full rights to their records while still allowing clinicians to provide professional oversight. They needed a system that prioritized privacy and secure connectivity, with a non-interactive communication model to keep professional boundaries clear.

Superscript Systems designed a dual portal ecosystem for clinicians and patients. We built a system where patients have universal ownership of every document, whether they uploaded it themselves or a clinician generated it. We implemented granular access controls so patients can grant or revoke clinician access to specific files at any moment. The platform uses an event driven notification system for updates like connection requests or completed questionnaires, which avoids the need for direct messaging. We also integrated Multi-Factor Authentication for global security and Stripe to manage clinician subscriptions.

The GadiEHL platform successfully created a new way to manage medical records. It ensures that patients own 100% of their data while giving clinicians the tools they need for professional oversight. The result is a transparent and secure relationship between medical professionals and their patients, built on the foundation of privacy and intentional data sharing.
