AI-Powered Security Event Rating Service

Sheriff

Developed an AI-powered service to monitor and rate home alarm events by applying logic to sensor states, historical data, and site metadata in near-real-time.

As a prominent security operator, Sheriff needed to improve the accuracy and speed of assessing home alarm events. The challenge was to create a more intelligent system that could analyze multiple data points in near-real-time to provide a nuanced rating of a security situation, rather than relying on simple sensor triggers.

As a prominent security operator, Sheriff needed to improve the accuracy and speed of assessing home alarm events. The challenge was to create a more intelligent system that could analyze multiple data points in near-real-time to provide a nuanced rating of a security situation, rather than relying on simple sensor triggers. Solution: Superscript Systems developed a prototype for an AI-Powered Security Event Rating Service. The system uses AI-driven logic to review sensor states, historical data, and site metadata to rate security events. The project involved prompt engineering with cutting-edge AI models like OpenAI and Gemini and full-stack development for the prototype application.

A successful prototype was created that paves the way for more effective and intelligent security responses. The system is designed to significantly enhance the accuracy and speed of assessing potential threats, representing a major step forward in security monitoring.
