The client
Occam Chat
Project Overview
Created an AI-powered website assistant platform featuring powerful integration with CRMs like HubSpot to manage customer data and interactions.
Challenges
The client envisioned a next-generation, AI-powered website assistant that would surpass the capabilities of standard chatbots. The challenge was to create a white-label platform that could deliver personalized, highly accurate responses by using an agentic AI approach, sophisticated context management, business-specific knowledge, and powerful third-party integrations.
Solution
Superscript Systems developed the Occam Chat platform from the ground up. Their work encompassed requirements analysis, software and cloud architecture, prompt engineering, backend and frontend development, and cloud infrastructure setup. The solution combines advanced language models with an agentic AI framework and integrates seamlessly with essential business tools like Shopify, HubSpot, and Stripe.
