Generative AI Sales Outreach System

First Touch Inc.

Industry-Leading Gen AI Sales Outreach Platform

First Touch Inc. needed to transform an innovative concept for a sales outreach system into a fully-realized, industry-leading platform. The primary challenges were the end-to-end development of a complex system from the ground up, requiring the integration of advanced agentic Generative AI, the development of sophisticated web scraping capabilities, and seamless integration with numerous external data sources and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Superscript Systems served as the primary development partner, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle. They conducted requirements analysis, designed the software and cloud architecture, and managed the project. Their team handled full-stack development, integrated cutting-edge Generative AI models, built robust web scraping tools, connected the platform with diverse data sources and CRMs, and established a scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.

The collaboration successfully transformed an idea into an industry-leading Generative AI-based sales outreach system. The resulting product has achieved significant market success, fundamentally changing how businesses conduct sales outreach. The engagement is a multi-year, ongoing partnership.
