Multi-Party Capital Raising and Fractional Ownership Platform

The client

AMLOK is a B2B platform that lets businesses raise capital directly from their own communities. Their customers are companies, initially real estate firms, that want to open ownership to many small investors without ending up with an unmanageable cap table or a compliance problem.

Project Overview

AMLOK needed a white-label platform their customers could run their own funding campaigns on. That meant handling money coming in from many investors, dividing ownership of an asset among them, tracking who owns what as positions change, and keeping a record that holds up to scrutiny. We built the platform end to end: the smart contract layer that enforces ownership and distribution rules, and the full-stack application their customers actually use.

Challenges

Raising capital from many small contributors creates a bookkeeping problem that gets worse as the raise succeeds. Every investor is a position that has to be tracked, paid, and eventually transferred or exited. Do that manually and the cap table degrades into a spreadsheet nobody trusts.

The platform had to:

  • Fractionalize a single asset into positions across many investors, with ownership enforced by code rather than by paperwork
  • Support customizable campaign structures, since funding terms differ by business and by asset
  • Maintain a verifiable ownership record that stays accurate as positions change hands
  • Automate distributions back to holders without manual calculation per investor
  • Work as white-label infrastructure, so AMLOK's customers run campaigns under their own brand
  • Operate across multiple chain environments rather than locking the business to one

The hard part was not any single feature. It was making ownership, capital flow, and record integrity stay consistent with each other at every point in a campaign's life.

Solution

Superscript built the platform as the client's development partner, covering smart contract architecture and the full application.

Asset Fractionalization and Ownership Logic

Built the Solidity contract layer that divides an asset into tradeable positions and enforces ownership rules automatically. Ownership is settled by the contract, which removes the reconciliation gap between what the paperwork says and what the ledger says.

Configurable Funding Campaigns

Implemented campaign structures the client's customers can tailor to their own terms rather than forcing every raise into one template. This is what makes the platform white-label in practice, not just in branding.

Automated Distributions

Built distribution logic so returns reach holders proportionally without per-investor manual calculation, which is the step that breaks first as investor count grows.

Verifiable Ownership Record

Every position and transfer writes to a tamper-evident record. The practical result is a cap table that stays clean as the investor base grows, which was the client's core requirement.

Multi-Environment Deployment

Deployed across Arbitrum, Polygon, and Ethereum, giving the client flexibility on cost and settlement characteristics rather than committing the business to a single environment.

Full-Stack Application

Delivered the complete web application on top of the contract layer: campaign management, investor onboarding, and holder-facing views.

Results

The client received a production-ready white-label platform their customers use to run funding campaigns with fractional ownership.

Cap table integrity at scale: Ownership is enforced and recorded by the system, so growing investor count does not degrade record quality.

Reduced administrative load: Distributions and ownership tracking that would otherwise be manual per investor run automatically.

Deployment flexibility: Multi-environment support lets the client match settlement costs to campaign economics.

Partner-level engagement: The client's public feedback highlights the team proposing improvements rather than only executing tickets, and consistently delivering ahead of deadline.
