Solution
Superscript Systems developed "AI Estimator," an internal tool built as an AI-agentic system. The tool is designed to analyze software project requirement documents, provide accurate time and cost estimates based on predefined team guidelines and parameters, and then automatically generate professional proposal documents.
Results
The AI Estimator tool successfully automates key parts of the pre-sales process. It streamlines the creation of estimates and proposals, saving time and increasing efficiency in the sales and project initiation phase.
